Example: Condominium
With 4 resource chips of 4 different colours a player can build the condominium "Elysium" in a habitable territory. Only the Colonist group "Corpex" can afford to live there.
As soon as construction has finished, the Corpex Group in their private space yachts make planetfall and move in.
The game stone "Condominium" also represents the Colonist Group "Corpex". At the end of the game the owner of the Condominium receives 4 victory points.The Condominium has its own power source; it does not need to be connected to a power hub (see: "Power Hubs").
As it is a construction, general construction rules apply. No overland connection can be built through a territory with a condominium, a possible already existing overland connection is to be removed.
5.) Omnium
The 6th resource is also called "Grey Matter".
Every colonist ship that arrives on the planet (colonist card) also carries a unit of Omnium in its hold.
The Omnium is put up for sale by auction at a minimum price of 1 credit.
The winner of the auction becomes new Harbour Master. If no player is interested in buying Omnium, put the chip into the bank and the Harbour Master's office is not affected.
The colonists that came with the ship are then either contracted by one of the players or taken to the reception center.
