3% of the sale price
plus 10% of the savings from the original price.

Retainer fee to start the research and investigation: $300

For viewing the properties retainer fee of $100 a day plus expenses.
(the expenses are only for trips outside of the central valley)

*The retainer fees will be deducted from the 3% fee at the time of the sale.
